• The booking amount paid for the activity slot is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• The activity will be conducted only if the minimum required number of players have joined the selected slot.
• Arenor360 acts solely as a platform to connect participants and facilitate activity organization. Gameplay, coordination, punctuality, and participant conduct remain the responsibility of the players.
• If any participant leaves, cancels, or fails to attend after joining the activity, Arenor360 and the venue shall not be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience, loss, or disruption.
• All participants are required to follow the rules, regulations, and safety guidelines of the venue during the activity.
• Any misconduct, abusive behavior, violation of venue rules, or intentional damage to property may result in removal from the activity and/or restriction from using the platform.
• By proceeding, you confirm that you understand the activity format and voluntarily agree to participate at your own responsibility and risk.
