* You have had an opportunity to read these Terms;
* You understand the applicable provisions;

* You accept applicable service-specific rules.
Where applicable law requires a separate affirmative consent or acceptance, Arenor360 may obtain it through the relevant Platform mechanism.
---
4. Nature and Role of Arenor360
Arenor360 is a technology platform that may facilitate discovery, booking, communication and interaction between Users and independent Venues, Hosts, Organisers and other participants.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
* Arenor360 does not own every Venue listed on the Platform;
* Arenor360 does not operate every Venue;
* Arenor360 does not employ every Host or Organiser;
* Arenor360 does not physically conduct every event or activity;
* Arenor360 does not guarantee every third-party service;
* Arenor360 does not control every action or representation of independent third parties.
Arenor360's role may differ for different services.
Where Arenor360 expressly provides or hosts a service itself, the relevant service-specific terms will apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
---
5. Venue, Host and Organiser Information
Venues, Hosts and Organisers may provide:
* Venue details;
* Photographs;
* Facilities;
* Sports offered;
* Prices;
* Availability;
* Operating hours;
* Rules;
* Tournament information;
* Challenge information;
* Contact details;
* Other service information.
Arenor360 may display information provided by third parties.
Arenor360 may conduct reasonable checks or moderation, but does not guarantee that every third-party listing is complete, accurate, current or error-free.
Venue Owners, Hosts and Organisers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and authenticity of information submitted by them.
Arenor360 may request verification, supporting information or corrections and may restrict or remove listings where reasonably necessary.
---
6. Bookings
A Booking request does not necessarily become a confirmed Booking until confirmation is displayed or communicated by Arenor360.
Booking confirmation may depend on:
* Availability;
* Payment status;
* Venue confirmation;
* Security checks;
* Technical availability;
* Applicable rules.
Arenor360 may decline or cancel a Booking where reasonably necessary, including where:
* The requested slot is unavailable;
* The Venue cannot provide the service;
* Payment fails;
* A material listing or pricing error exists;
* Fraud or suspicious activity is detected;
* The Booking violates these Terms;
* Safety or legal concerns arise.
Where payment has already been received and a refund is legally or contractually due, the applicable refund process will apply.
---
7. Availability and Double Booking
Arenor360 attempts to display availability based on information available to the Platform.
Availability may change because of:
* Offline bookings;
* Venue-side bookings;
* Delayed updates;
* Administrative changes;
* Technical errors;
* Simultaneous booking attempts.
A displayed slot is not guaranteed until the Booking is successfully confirmed.
If a confirmed Booking cannot be honoured due to a verified availability conflict, Arenor360 may, where reasonably possible:
* Offer an alternative slot;
* Offer an alternative Venue;
* Initiate an applicable refund; or
* Provide another reasonable resolution.
---
8. Cancellation, No-Show and Late Arrival
Cancellation rights depend on the applicable Booking, Venue and refund terms displayed at the time of Booking.
A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
If a User fails to attend a confirmed Booking without valid cancellation, the Booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
If a User arrives late, the Venue may still end the Booking at the originally reserved time and is not necessarily required to extend the session.
Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before completing a Booking.
---
9. Venue or Host Cancellation
If a Venue, Host or Organiser cancels a confirmed Booking or becomes unable to provide the service, Arenor360 may, depending on the circumstances:
* Offer an alternative;
* Facilitate communication;
* Provide an applicable refund;
* Cancel the Booking; or
* Provide another reasonable resolution.
Arenor360 may restrict or suspend Venues or Hosts that repeatedly cancel confirmed Bookings, manipulate availability or materially harm Users.
---
10. Prices, Fees and Charges
Prices may be provided by Venues, Hosts or Organisers or determined through Platform systems.
The total amount payable may include:
* Venue charges;
* Applicable taxes;
* Platform fees;
* Service or convenience charges;
* Payment-related charges;
* Other disclosed charges.
The applicable amount displayed at checkout or confirmation will generally be the amount payable, subject to correction of manifest errors and applicable law.
Arenor360 may correct obvious pricing or listing errors where legally permitted.
---
11. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
Arenor360 may use such providers to:
* Process payments;
* Confirm transaction status;
* Detect fraud;
* Process refunds;
* Maintain transaction records.
Payment providers may have their own terms, privacy policies and security procedures.
Arenor360 does not intentionally store complete card credentials unless expressly stated otherwise.
Arenor360 is not responsible for failures exclusively caused by banking systems, payment networks, payment providers or other third-party financial infrastructure, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
---
12. Failed, Duplicate or Reversed Payments
If a payment:
* Fails;
* Is duplicated;
* Is debited but not reflected on the Platform;
* Is reversed;
* Remains pending; or
* Appears incorrect,
the User should contact support@arenor360.com with relevant transaction details.
Arenor360 may require payment-provider verification before confirming transaction status or processing a refund.
A temporary bank debit does not necessarily mean that a Booking has been successfully confirmed.
---
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable Booking, Venue, Host, Organiser and Platform terms.
Where a refund is approved:
* It may be returned through the original payment method or another permitted method;
* Processing may depend on the payment provider or banking system;
* The actual credit time may vary.
Arenor360 does not guarantee a specific bank processing time.
Any disclosed non-refundable amount or applicable Platform charge will be treated according to the applicable policy and law.
---
14. Promotions, Coupons and Credits
Arenor360 may provide:
* Coupons;
* Promotional codes;
* Discounts;
* Credits;
* Referral benefits;
* Limited-time offers.
Promotions may have separate conditions including expiry, eligibility, minimum amounts, geographic limitations and usage limits.
Arenor360 may withdraw or cancel promotional benefits obtained through:
* Fraud;
* Abuse;
* Multiple accounts;
* Technical exploitation;
* Misrepresentation;
* Unauthorised use.
Promotional benefits are not exchangeable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
---
15. User Accounts and OTP
Certain features require account registration.
Users must:
* Provide accurate information;
* Keep account information updated;
* Protect account access;
* Not share authentication credentials;
* Report suspected unauthorised access;
* Use their account lawfully.
Arenor360 may use OTP authentication.
Users must not:
* Bypass OTP verification;
* Use another person's OTP without authorisation;
* Automate or abuse OTP requests;
* Attempt to compromise authentication systems.
Arenor360 may restrict authentication attempts or account access where suspicious activity is detected.

Arenor360 does not guarantee another User's:
* Identity;
* Age;
* Background;
* Intentions;
* Qualifications;
* Behaviour;
* Reliability;
* Skill level;
* Safety;
* Compatibility.
Users are responsible for exercising reasonable caution when interacting with other Users.
Do not unnecessarily share sensitive or private information.
Arenor360 may restrict or remove accounts where credible reports of fraud, harassment, threats, abuse or other violations are received.

Venue Owners, Hosts and Organisers agree to:
* Provide accurate information;
* Maintain accurate availability;

* Maintain reasonable safety standards;
* Respect Users;
* Handle applicable tax obligations;

Arenor360 may request verification documents or additional information.
Arenor360 may suspend or remove a Venue or Host where reasonably necessary to protect Users or Platform integrity.
---
19. Tournaments and Competitions
Arenor360 may list or facilitate tournaments and competitions organised by independent Organisers.
Organisers may determine:
* Eligibility;
* Entry requirements;
* Fees;
* Rules;
* Match format;
* Prizes;
* Schedule;
* Venue;
* Team requirements.
Unless expressly identified as hosted or organised by Arenor360, the independent Organiser remains responsible for conducting the tournament.
Arenor360 does not guarantee the occurrence, outcome or prize fulfilment of an independently organised tournament.
---
20. Challenges
Arenor360 may provide a feature allowing eligible Users to create, accept and join sports or activity-based Challenges.
Each Challenge may specify:
* Sport or activity;
* Challenge rules;
* Registered Venue;
* Entry amount;
* Prize pool;
* Host share, if applicable;
* Participation period;
* Minimum participation requirement;
* Winner determination;
* Cancellation and refund conditions;
* Other relevant terms.
Users must review the Challenge information before creating, accepting or joining it.
Challenge-specific rules form part of these Terms.
---
21. Challenge Eligibility and Registered Venues
A Challenge may only be created through Arenor360 where the relevant feature permits it.
Unless expressly permitted otherwise, Challenges must be hosted at a Venue registered on Arenor360.
A Challenge Host must not represent an unregistered location as an Arenor360-registered Venue.
Arenor360 may reject, suspend or cancel a Challenge if:
* The Venue becomes unavailable;
* The Venue is no longer eligible;
* The Venue information is materially inaccurate;
* Safety concerns arise;
* The Challenge violates these Terms.
---
22. Challenge Host Responsibilities
A Challenge Host must:
* Provide accurate Challenge information;

* State the participation period;
* Conduct the Challenge according to its published rules;
* Act honestly and in good faith;
* Record the Challenge as required under these Terms;
* Preserve relevant evidence;
* Comply with applicable law.
The Host must not create Challenges that are fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, unlawful or misleading.
---
23. Challenge Duration and Minimum Participation
The Challenge Host may select the permitted participation period, subject to Platform limitations.
Once the participation period expires, new participation may not be permitted.
A Challenge may also require a minimum number of participants.
If the minimum required participation is not reached within the specified period, the Challenge may automatically close or be cancelled.
Where cancellation makes participants eligible for a refund, the applicable participation amount will be refunded through the applicable payment process.
---
24. Challenge Entry Amount, Prize Pool and Host Share
Where a Challenge involves monetary participation, the relevant financial structure will be displayed before participation.
This may include:
* Entry amount;
* Total prize pool;
* Winner's prize;
* Challenge Host's share;
* Arenor360's Platform fee or applicable share;
* Taxes or other applicable deductions.
The Host's share, where applicable, will be determined according to the structure displayed by Arenor360.
The Host does not become entitled to settlement merely because a Challenge has been created or participants have joined.
---
25. Challenge Fair Play and Prohibited Content
Challenges must be based on legitimate sports or permitted activity-based participation.
Challenges must not:
* Promote violence;
* Encourage illegal activity;
* Promote religious hatred;
* Insult or target a religion or religious community;
* Contain abusive or hateful content;
* Encourage harassment or threats;
* Promote discrimination;
* Mislead participants about prizes;
* Manipulate results;

* Violate applicable law.
Arenor360 may reject, remove, suspend or cancel a Challenge that violates these requirements.
---
26. Challenge Host and Participant Responsibility
Before accepting or joining a Challenge, Users are responsible for reviewing:
* Challenge Host information;
* Venue information;
* Challenge rules;
* Entry amount;
* Prize structure;
* Duration;
* Eligibility;
* Cancellation/refund terms.
Users should exercise reasonable judgment when deciding whether to participate.
Arenor360 does not guarantee a Challenge Host's:
* Identity;
* Background;
* Experience;
* Intentions;
* Conduct;
* Reliability;
* Financial capacity;
* Ability to conduct the Challenge.
---
27. Arenor360 Does Not Physically Host Independent Challenges
Unless expressly identified as "Hosted by Arenor360", Arenor360 does not physically attend, supervise, referee, officiate or conduct an independent Challenge.
For an independently hosted Challenge:
* The Challenge Host is responsible for organising it;
* The Host is responsible for following the published rules;
* The Host is responsible for coordinating with the Venue;
* The Host is responsible for accurately reporting the outcome;
* The Venue remains responsible for its physical facility and Venue-side services.
Arenor360 primarily provides the technology and Platform infrastructure through which the Challenge may be created, discovered, joined, administered or facilitated.
---
28. Arenor360-Hosted Challenges
If a Challenge is expressly identified as:
"Hosted by Arenor360"
Arenor360 will be responsible for the aspects of that Challenge that it expressly undertakes to provide, subject to the specific Challenge terms and applicable law.
A User, Host or Venue must not falsely represent an independent Challenge as being hosted, organised, sponsored or operated by Arenor360.
The phrase "Hosted by Arenor360" may only be used with Arenor360's express authorisation.
---
29. Mandatory Challenge Video Recording
As a condition of creating and hosting a Challenge through Arenor360, the Challenge Host must record the Challenge.
The Host must:
* Record the relevant Challenge or match from commencement to completion, to the extent reasonably practicable;
* Ensure that the recording reasonably captures the relevant activity and outcome;
* Preserve the original recording in a usable form;
* Store the recording securely;
* Not intentionally delete, alter or manipulate relevant footage after a dispute, complaint or investigation has arisen or is reasonably foreseeable;
* Provide the relevant recording to Arenor360 when reasonably requested for a legitimate Platform-related investigation.
The Host is not required to publicly upload the recording unless Arenor360 expressly requires it for a particular Challenge format.
The Host may keep the recording privately unless disclosure is required by law or reasonably requested by Arenor360 under these Terms.
Where recording identifiable individuals is subject to applicable privacy, consent or recording requirements, the Host is responsible for complying with those requirements.
Failure to create, preserve or provide required footage may be considered by Arenor360 when resolving a dispute or determining the Host's continued eligibility to create Challenges.
---
30. Challenge Results and Disputes
Challenge results must be determined according to the published Challenge rules.
Arenor360 may request reasonable evidence where a result is disputed or suspicious.
Evidence may include:
* Video footage;
* Score records;
* Venue confirmation;
* Participant confirmation;
* Photographs;
* Other relevant records.

Arenor360 may review available evidence and Platform records.
For independent Challenges, Arenor360 does not automatically act as the physical referee or umpire.

Settlement may depend on:
* Challenge completion;
* Result verification;
* Fraud checks;
* Dispute resolution;
* Payment-provider processing;
* Refund windows;
* Banking systems;
* Applicable law.
The winning participant and Challenge Host should not assume immediate entitlement to settlement merely because the Challenge has ended.
Arenor360 may temporarily hold relevant amounts where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, resolve a material dispute or complete payment processing, subject to applicable law.
---
32. Challenge Cancellation and Refund
A Challenge may be cancelled where:
* Minimum participation is not reached;
* The Venue becomes unavailable;
* The Host cancels;
* Fraud or manipulation is detected;
* A material rule violation occurs;
* Safety concerns arise;
* A technical or operational issue materially affects the Challenge;
* The Challenge cannot reasonably proceed;
* Applicable law requires cancellation.
Where participants are entitled to a refund, the applicable participation amount will be refunded according to the applicable refund process.
Payment-provider or banking processing times may affect when the refund is credited.
---
33. Challenge Withdrawal and Host Cancellation
A User may withdraw from a Challenge only according to the cancellation/refund terms displayed for that Challenge.
A Host who repeatedly cancels Challenges, fails to conduct Challenges properly, manipulates outcomes or violates these Terms may have Challenge privileges restricted or removed.
Arenor360 may take action including:
* Warning;
* Challenge removal;
* Account restriction;
* Suspension;
* Termination;

* Manipulate ratings;
* Threaten another person over a review;
* Submit reviews for experiences they did not have;

Arenor360 may remove or restrict reviews that violate Platform rules or applicable law.
Arenor360 does not guarantee that every review is independently verified or accurate.
---
36. Safety and Physical Activities
Sports, physical activities, tournaments, Challenges and visits to Venues may involve inherent risks.
Users are responsible for:
* Assessing their own suitability;
* Following Venue rules;
* Following organiser instructions;
* Acting responsibly;
* Taking reasonable precautions.
Arenor360 does not guarantee the physical safety, condition, equipment, staff conduct or suitability of every independent Venue or activity.

* Applicable law requires action;
* Continued access creates a material risk to the Platform or Users.
In urgent circumstances involving safety, fraud, security or unlawful conduct, Arenor360 may act immediately.
Where appropriate and legally required, Arenor360 may provide notice or an opportunity to respond.
---
39. Consequences of Termination
Following termination:
* Account access may cease;
* Pending transactions may be cancelled where appropriate;
* Promotional benefits may be revoked;
* Challenge-hosting privileges may cease;
* Certain information may be retained as required or permitted by law;
* Existing obligations may survive.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination.

* Payment providers;
* OTP/SMS providers;
* WhatsApp or communication providers;
* Hosting providers;
* Analytics providers;

* Other technology services.
Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
Arenor360 does not control independent third-party policies or infrastructure and is not responsible for their conduct except to the extent required by applicable law.

Arenor360 may collect, display or account for applicable taxes where required.
Venue Owners and Organisers remain responsible for their own applicable tax registrations, invoices and statutory obligations.
---
43. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arenor360, its owner, representatives, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from:
